Quiver
A campaign orchestration platform for enterprise marketing — purpose-built to replace the spreadsheet-plus-email-thread-plus-ticket workflow that financial services teams actually use.
Enterprise marketing teams — especially in financial services — run campaigns that modern marketing tools simply don’t support. Audience segmentation happens in the data warehouse against propensity-model scores, incentives are allocated by model thresholds with mutual-exclusivity rules, compliance review is an email chain, and deployment is a vendor-specific UI. Most teams stitch this together with spreadsheets and Slack.
Quiver is an end-to-end orchestration platform that unifies the workflow: audience waterfall → incentive allocation → multi-week scheduling → creative and model compliance → preflight simulation → deployment.
The longer-term vision is more interesting than the current app. Instead of firing channel actions directly, Quiver writes structured signals to BigQuery tables. Any downstream system — site personalization, direct-mail vendors, push, SMS — reads those tables as input. The orchestration engine stays channel-agnostic; new channels are table consumers, not engine changes. The warehouse becomes the substrate; the channels become interchangeable.
